It is currently in **Level 4 (L4)** development and undergoing **BETA testing** on public roads, with the goal of achieving **Level 5 (L5)** autonomy
2. **Virtual Agent:** A digital agent designed to communicate and interact intelligently with humans, focusing on three core areas, designed to support personal transaction management, data & education, and emotional well-being
3. **Human-AI Interaction:** The evolution of AI technology toward seamless interaction between humans and machines. The Virtual Agent represents a significant step in enhancing daily life by providing intelligent support in personal, educational, and emotional dimensions
4. **Regulatory Support and Legal Frameworks:** Critical factors that will determine the future success and full-scale deployment of both the **Autonomous Shuttle and Virtual Agent**. These frameworks must be in place to ensure safe, legal, and widespread adoption of AI-powered systems
